Expert instruction, grounded in experience

We bring together decades of professional Pilates teaching, underpinned by rigorous training with internationally recognised schools and a commitment to ongoing education.

Claire

Claire came to Pilates after the birth of her second child, initially as a way to rebuild her strength and fitness. She quickly discovered its deeper benefits and went on to train with Body Control London, Europe’s largest professional Pilates training organisation, qualifying in 2007.

Since then, Claire has taught extensively across the region and is widely regarded as a knowledgeable and trusted practitioner. She has also worked as a supervising teacher for Body Control, supporting trainees through the qualification process.

Claire’s teaching style is positive, focused and encouraging. She enjoys challenging her clients while keeping sessions engaging and enjoyable. Outside the studio, she can usually be found on the beach, attempting to keep up with a very large dog.

Kerry

Kerry began practising Pilates following a serious road accident that left her with severe injuries to her right leg and almost two years of orthopaedic treatment and surgery.

During her recovery, prolonged inactivity significantly reduced her strength and mobility. She was introduced to Pilates by her physiotherapist as part of her rehabilitation, and the impact was transformative.

Kerry trained with Stott Pilates Dubai, part of one of the world's most highly respected Pilates training organisations, qualifying as a teacher in 2016. After returning to the UK, she completed further training in London before joining The Little Pilates Company in 2018.

Her teaching is grounded in empathy, precision and a deep understanding of the body’s capacity to recover and rebuild.

Joanna

Joanna’s route into Pilates grew from a long-standing love of movement and dance. She began her professional career as a qualified aerobics instructor. Time away from the studio — raising a family and working in an office environment — eventually led her back to exercise and, by chance, to Pilates.

Drawn to its precision and depth, Joanna completed her initial mat training before continuing her education with Balanced Body and J Pilates, qualifying in Reformer work in 2014. In 2019, she returned to training once again, completing a comprehensive classical Pilates qualification to deepen her understanding of the method.

Joanna brings a considered, experience-led approach to her teaching, shaped by years of practice and ongoing professional development. Outside the studio, she can usually be found walking her energetic miniature poodle along the seafront or renovating an old house.
